What is the shelf life of Monin syrups and sauces?
Most Monin syrups have a shelf life of 18-36 months when stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened, we recommend using the product within 90 days for optimal flavor and quality.
Are Monin products gluten-free and allergen-friendly?
The majority of Monin products are gluten-free, vegan, and non-GMO. Detailed allergen information is available on each product page and on the physical label of the bottle.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What should I do if my glass bottles arrive broken?
We take great care in packaging, but accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours with a photo of the damage to receive a replacement or refund.
Can I return a product if I don't like the flavor?
Due to the food-grade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles. If you have an issue with an unopened product, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.
Do I need to refrigerate Monin syrups after opening?
No, Monin syrups do not require refrigeration after opening. However, Monin Fruit Purées and certain Gourmet Sauces should be refrigerated or used with a pump to maintain freshness.
