Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of any damaged items.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if the items are eligible for return.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the unopened products in their original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Processing and Refund
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
